Photoshop is a photo editing and graphic design software. It is developed by Adobe Systems for Mac OS and Windows. Many industries use photoshop in so many different ways for their specific purpose. There are a lot of features that are commonly used by students and designers to create graphic composites, designs, illustrations, and simple photo retouching. In Photoshop classes of NPC, you can learn the basics about workspace, layers, smart objects, blend modes, selections techniques, filters and much more necessary features that every designer uses to work on Photoshop.

Blender is a multi-platform application, running on Linux, macOS, and MS-Windows systems.  It is an open-source and completely free 3D creation software. It offers a broad range of essential tools, including Modeling, Rendering, Animation, Video Editing, VFX, Compositing, Texturing, Rigging. Due to the small memory and drive requirements compared to other 3D creation suites, Blender is well suited to individuals, students and small studios who benefit from its unified pipeline and responsive development process. Blender can be used to create 3D visualizations such as still images, video, and real-time interactive video games.

Rhino is a powerful 3D modeling software that can create, edit, analyze, render, render, animate and convert NURBS* line, surface, solid and polygon meshes. This software is widely used in 3D animation production. , industrial manufacturing, scientific research and mechanical design. Designing with Rhino 3D, a beginners level training course, covers the essentials of 3D modeling with Rhino 3D, one of the most powerful 3D modeling softwares on the market. Regardless of your experience with Rhino, students will learn various tools for quickly creating three dimensional creations. Upon completion students will know how to apply 3D thinking to their projects and generate 3-Dimensional models for production purposes including visualization, prototyping, etc.

Maya is an industry-leading 3D animation software application developed by Autodesk that runs on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. It is used to create interactive 3D applications, including video games, animated film, TV series, or visual effects. Maya’s full pipeline includes Modeling, Rigging, Animation, Lighting, Environment and renders plugins such as Renderman. Creative Animators across many industries to do everything from producing visual effects for promotional television commercials to creating complex animations and effects. Maya has many uses and is even being leveraged by industries beyond the television and film fields. Maya enables companies to design and produce stunning 3D models, animations, and visual effects using its highly efficient and streamlined toolsets.

SketchUp is a 3D-modelling application that helps people design objects, charts, and simple buildings. Sketchup classes teach you how to bring exciting concepts to life and help you make your ideas visible to the rest of the world. The course at NPC Arts Center is designed to offer a hands-on, interactive experience to further develop your SketchUp skills. You will learn how to use SketchUp to create 3D models and use certain Sketchup Extension to elevate your modelling skills. AutoCAD is primarily a 2D-drafting application, while SketchUp focuses on 3D modeling. However, you can use AutoCAD to create precise line drawings, which can then be converted to 3D models as needed. 

Adobe Illustrator is essential for working design in the workplace. Graphic design skills have become necessary to almost every industry and stand out on any resume. Having a well-rounded portfolio filled with skills just like Adobe Illustrator will give you a one-up when future employers are making their decisions. Illustrator is a graphic design application. Graphic designers use Illustrator to create vector graphics. Vector images and graphics are made of points, lines, shapes, and curves based on mathematical formulas rather than a set amount of pixels, and therefore can be scaled up or down while maintaining image quality.

Adobe InDesign is a desktop publishing and page layout designing software application produced by Adobe Inc. and first released in 1999. It can be used to create works such as posters, flyers, brochures, magazines, newspapers, presentations, books and eBooks. InDesign is much more than a basic software. Rather, it is a full, immersive, and industry-standard software. Knowing InDesign when working in certain environments is a must. These environments include, but are not limited to, design and publishing businesses that handle multi-page, text-heavy documents.
