KIDS Grade 5-7

1. Registration & Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration for Individual Course Plans (monthly, seasonal, yearly).

• Membership fees are billed automatically each month on the date of enrollment.

 

2. Attendance & Make-Up Classes

• If a student misses a class, one make-up class may be scheduled per term (subject to availability).

• Make-up classes cannot be carried over to the next term or refunded.

• For memberships, missed classes do not reduce monthly fees, but students may join alternative sessions within the same month if space allows.

3. Withdrawals & Refunds

• Individual Course Plans: Written notice must be given 7 days before the start of a term for a full refund. After classes begin, refunds are not available, but a credit may be applied to future courses.

• Membership Program: Memberships may be paused or cancelled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing date. No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Artwork & Media Use

• Student artwork created in class belongs to the student.

• NPC may photograph student work and classroom activities for educational and promotional purposes unless parents opt out in writing.
