More than an info session.
Admissions representatives from North America’s top art schools come to NPC in person — and every school runs its own session.
One-on-one portfolio review
Grade 12 students sit down with an admissions representative and get direct feedback on their application portfolio — what is working, and what to strengthen before the deadline.
Live Q&A
Ask about programs, scholarships, portfolio requirements and student life — and get the answer from the school itself, on the spot.
A direct line to applying
Learn each school’s application steps and key dates, and leave with a clear plan for the season.
Seven schools. Seven sessions.
Seats are limited at every session — reserve as many as you like. All times are Vancouver time.

Application season is here. A live review lets you hear from the admissions office itself — while there is still time to act on it before the deadline.
Start early, choose well.
Find out early what each school looks for and how their programs differ — so the next few years of work build toward the right application.
- Bring 10–20 of your strongest, most recent pieces — originals, prints or on a tablet.
- Include sketchbook pages and process work; schools want to see how you think.
- Write down two or three questions for each school you plan to attend.
- Arrive ten minutes early — sessions start on time.

Common questions
Who can attend the university info sessions?
Students in Grades 8–12 and their parents. You do not need to be an NPC student. Grade 12 students can also ask for a one-on-one portfolio review at the session.
Can I attend more than one school’s session?
Yes. Each school runs its own session on its own date, and you can reserve as many as you like in one form.
What should Grade 12 students bring for the portfolio review?
Bring 10–20 of your strongest recent pieces — originals, prints or on a tablet — plus sketchbook pages that show your process.
How do I join the online SVA session?
