隐私政策
我们如何收集、使用与保护您和孩子的个人信息(中文版本待补充,以英文为准)。
Who we are
NPC Arts Centre Vancouver Inc. (“NPC”) runs art classes at four campuses in Metro Vancouver. This policy explains how we handle personal information under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
When you book a class, request a consultation or contact us, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, email, phone number and preferred contact method, and the student’s name, grade, birthday and program interests. When you pay online, card details go directly to our payment processor (Stripe); NPC never sees or stores full card numbers.
Why we collect it
To register students, schedule classes, take payment, send class updates, reply to your questions, and — only if you ask — advise on portfolios and university applications.
Student work and photos
With your consent, we may show student artwork or class photos on our website and social media. Student work is credited by first name and last initial unless you tell us otherwise. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will remove it.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run classes: our student management system, payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as the student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and record-keeping, then it is securely deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates, by contacting the campus you registered with.
